As a matter of fact the most effective diets include eating at least 6 small meals a day. This way your body stays fueled and you experience consistent weight loss. Eating small but regular portions also helps to increase your metabolism. 

Some other effective weight loss tips are drinking plenty of water, get plenty of rest, walk for 30 minutes a day, stop drinking diet soda (this makes you crave sweets) and be consistent with your eating plan. Meditation, Yoga and deep breathing are also great ways to help with weight loss. Deep breathing helps you to breath properly which leads to weight loss. Following these simple rules will literally catapult your ability to lose weight faster and more effectively.
